1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CardScan Pro AI mobile application ("App") provided by CardScan Pro AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CardScan Pro AI is a business card scanning and contact management application that:

• Scans and digitizes business cards using AI technology
• Stores contact information locally on your device and optionally in your iCloud account
• Allows you to organize, search, and manage scanned business cards
• Offers optional premium features through subscription

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you enter
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CardScan Pro AI offers auto-renewable subscription options:

• Pro Monthly: Billed monthly at the displayed price
• Pro Yearly: Billed annually at the displayed price

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

5. Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CardScan Pro AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to the business card data and contact information you store using the App. We do not claim ownership of any user content.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To transmit any malicious code or harmful data
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• To collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from others without consent

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. OCR and AI recognition accuracy may vary depending on image quality and card design.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardScan Pro AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at Apple's Standard EULA.
